About the Role
The Dish Washer is responsible for general kitchen sanitation and washing of pots and dishes.
Responsibilities
- Performs general cleaning and sanitation in accordance with DOH regulations
- Keeps floors dry and free of debris
- Puts away food according to HACCP guidelines
- Completes all required training and in-services
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school graduate or HSE preferred
- Prior experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Able to write legibly
- Takes oral and written instruction well
- Has demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the elderly or geriatric population
- Must adapt to frequent schedule changes
- Possible overtime
