About the Role
As an Intern to Chief of Staff (f/m/d) at LIQID, you will work closely with a Chief of Staff, supporting strategic planning, execution, and internal communication at the highest level. This internship offers cross-functional exposure, leadership support, operational enablement, and the chance to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-growing fintech company managing over €3 billion in assets.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning, execution, and internal communication.
- Structure leadership meetings and ensure smooth process execution.
- Assist teams with operational tasks, coordinating workflows and unblocking execution challenges.
- Drive key projects, contributing to planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Conduct research, prepare analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Currently in a gap year or enrolled in a Master’s program.
- Gained hands-on experience through a working student position or internship in a fast-paced environment (e.g., tech startup, scale-up, consulting firm).
- Think analytically and work independently.
- Enjoy bringing structure to complex topics.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in writing, presentations, and in person.
- Comfortable with tools such as Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Notion, Slack, etc., and quick to learn new systems.
- Proactive, hands-on, and curious to learn how leadership operates in a high-growth fintech company.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are energized by working on multiple priorities.
- Take ownership of work, manage deadlines independently, and ask the right questions.
- Enjoy researching, preparing crisp summaries, and turning complexity into clarity.
- Excited to contribute to strategic topics.
