About the Role
Double Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, in-person role, providing services once a week to an 8-year-old male client. This position involves supervision, treatment planning, and parent training, with an immediate need for quick onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans.
- Work with behavior technicians to ensure all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively.
- Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, and summarize and analyze behavioral data.
- Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
- Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- NY LBA.
