About the Role
This is a part-time, in-person role for a BCBA to provide services once a week to a 7-year-old client. The role involves supervision, treatment planning, and parent training, with an immediate need and quick onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans.
- Work with behavior technicians to ensure all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively.
- Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, and summarize and analyze behavioral data.
- Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
- Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.
