About the Role
Lead the execution of WTW’s enterprise-wide Career Framework Phase II program, focusing on role design enablement, skills strategy, and integration with job architecture and reward. This role requires strong orchestration across HR functions and business stakeholders to deliver a unified framework linking roles, skills, job architecture, and compensation.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Project Lead, Skills Enablement and partner closely to translate strategy into execution plans.
- Provide regular project updates and support the preparation of leadership materials.
- Escalate risks, interdependencies, and decision points with clear recommendations.
- Own end-to-end execution of Skills Enablement, from mobilization through enterprise rollout.
- Support and manage project governance, including SteerCo, working groups, and decision forums.
- Maintain integrated plans, timelines, and resource alignment across workstreams.
- Ensure project delivery remains on track with clear accountability for milestones.
- Coordinate delivery across skills strategy, role design enablement, job architecture integration, and compensation alignment.
- Ensure all project components operate as a connected enterprise system.
- Drive clarity on scope and ownership between business-led and HR-enabled activities.
- Lead the design and execution of pilot areas, including technology-enabled skills pilots.
- Ensure pilots deliver tangible, scalable outputs and clear business value.
- Translate pilot learnings into a structured, phased rollout approach.
- Partner with change and communications teams to drive adoption.
- Define and operationalize the integration and feedback loop for continuous updates.
- Establish governance to ensure consistent application across the enterprise.
- Build strong relationships with HR Leadership, HR CoE leads, HR IT, and business stakeholders.
- Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready communications, including updates and decision papers.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues.
- Manage dependencies across Talent, Reward, L&D, HRIT, and Workforce Analytics.
- Ensure alignment with related initiatives.
- Coordinate with advisory partners where applicable.
