About the Role

Join Catholic Charities of Housing Office as a Week Night Resident Advisor and contribute to our mission of making a positive impact in the community. This role offers endless opportunities to make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of tenants, staff, and property by conducting rounds every two hours.
  • Complete incident reports for all reportable incidents, including medical emergencies and tenant conflicts.
  • Maintain availability for emergency situations and participate in "Fire Watches" as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining building security and health and safety, including snow removal and salting walkways.
  • Maintain an up-to-date RA log book with accurate and detailed information.
  • Report failures of smoke detection/fire alarm and security/lock systems to the Site Manager immediately.

Requirements

  • Experience working in human services or with a diverse population.
