About the Role
As a Platform Automation Developer (Level 17), you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting automation and workflow solutions across enterprise platforms like UiPath, ServiceNow CSM, and Azure. This hands-on technical role focuses on delivering end-to-end automation solutions with exposure to enterprise-scale platforms, governance, and financial services workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and ServiceNow CSM / Workflow Data Fabric.
- Develop workflows and integrations leveraging ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Data Fabric.
- Implement secure and scalable integrations using APIs, events, and Azure services.
- Build automations that span multiple systems while adhering to enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Integrate AI into digital platforms.
- Deliver user stories and tasks end-to-end with solid engineering practices and peer review.
- Participate in solution design reviews and implement technical designs approved by the Tech Lead or Architect.
- Follow coding, documentation, and testing standards to ensure production ready solutions.
- Contribute to automated testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Support deployments through CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git based version control.
- Implement CI/CD steps and follow branching/PR patterns.
- Monitor automation execution, logs, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and evolve libraries and reusable components.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Support upgrades, patches, and platform changes with minimal business disruption.
- Maintain technical documentation and production support artifacts.
- Resolve standard incidents/defects using established patterns and escalation support.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
- Support and guide Citizen Developers, helping them follow platform standards and best practices in partnership with the business arm.
- Contribute to Communities of Practice and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams during solution delivery and enhancements.
- Support citizen developers and contribute to documentation and enablement artifacts.
Requirements
- Post secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical delivery role focused on designing, building, testing, and supporting automation and workflow solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Strong hands on experience with UiPath and ServiceNow CSM.
- Experience designing workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, or similar orchestration tools.
- Working knowledge of Azure services used for integration and automation.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git based source control.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work across complex systems.
- Experience working in regulated or large scale enterprise environments.
- Ability to work legally in Canada at the time of application (Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents).
- Must meet requisite government security screening requirements.

- Salaries typically range from $84,698 to $112,931 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.
