About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and update automation solutions using UiPath and ServiceNow CSM or Workflow Data Fabric.
  • Develop workflows and integrations using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Data Fabric.
  • Implement secure and scalable integrations using APIs, events, and Azure services.
  • Develop automation solutions that are compatible with multiple systems while adhering to corporate architecture and security standards.
  • Integrate AI into digital platforms.
  • Provide end-to-end user stories and tasks based on sound engineering practices and peer reviews.
  • Participate in solution design reviews and implement technical designs approved by technical leads or architects.
  • Adhere to coding, documentation, and testing standards to ensure production-ready solutions.
  • Contribute to automated testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.
  • Support deployments using continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines with Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery steps and follow branching and merging strategies.
  • Monitor automation execution, logs, and performance metrics.
  • Update and evolve reusable libraries and components.
  • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and platform changes while minimizing business disruptions.
  • Update technical documentation and production support artifacts.
  • Resolve standard incidents or defects using established templates and escalation paths.
  • Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into operational solutions.
  • Support and guide citizen developers, assisting them in adhering to platform standards and best practices in partnership with the business.
  • Contribute to community of practice activities and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams when delivering and improving solutions.
  • Support citizen developers and contribute to enablement documentation and artifacts.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical delivery role focused on designing, developing, testing, and supporting automation and workflow solutions across various enterprise platforms (or demonstration of equivalent ability).
  • Excellent hands-on experience with UiPath and ServiceNow CSM.
  • Experience designing workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, or similar orchestration tools.
  • Working knowledge of Azure services used for integration and automation.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work within complex systems.
  • Experience working in large or regulated organizations.
