About the Role

Securitas is seeking Team Leaders for the patrol and intervention service at various locations in Berlin. This role involves leading and developing a team in mobile services, ensuring operational excellence, and managing special incidents.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the team in mobile services with a focus on quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Efficiently planning and managing operations to ensure smooth, customer-oriented service delivery.
• Ensuring transparent and proper management of all relevant work equipment and operational documents.
• Professionally managing special incidents, including risk assessment, escalation, and reporting.
• Directing complex interventions and alarm responses, and coordinating all involved parties.
• Continuously improving security, quality, and data protection processes for sustainable service enhancement.

Requirements

• Security knowledge according to §34a GewO.
• Valid driver's license Class B.
• Criminal record without entries.
• Very good German language skills (other language skills are an advantage).
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards employees, customers, and the control center.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for assignments and tours.
• Leadership experience.
• High decision-making and action competence, even in stressful situations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous documentation habits.
• Service and customer-oriented work approach.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, and weekends.

• €16.95 per hour
