Provides primary health care to patients within a family practice model in Quick Care. Responsibilities include serving on committees, administrative duties, attending meetings, and participating in on-call coverage.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary health care to center patients within the structure of the family practice model in Quick Care
- Serve on committees
- Discharge administrative responsibilities
- Attend departmental meetings
- Participate in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation
Requirements
- Current New York State license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Current infection control certification required
- Current DEA Registration, if applicable
