- Work autonomously and contribute to architectural decisions alongside your team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions for the climate sector
- Improve development workflow and contribute to building an efficient, high-performance engineering culture
- Leverage AI coding tools as a core part of your development workflow to ship faster and maintain high code quality
- Building AI-powered features
- Developing complex forms using react-hook-form and zod while ensuring a responsive and frictionless user journey
- Debugging and resolving production issues
- Led large complex projects from beginning to end
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in React, Python, FastAPI, React, Redux Toolkit, and TanStack Router
- Comfort using AI coding tools to accelerate development
- Experience building AI-powered features
- Experience in developing complex forms using react-hook-form and zod while ensuring a responsive and frictionless user journey
- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern UI development practices
- Ability to evaluate what’s hype versus what’s real business value
- Good understanding of Docker, AWS and cloud native architecture
- Experience debugging and resolving production issues
- Experience leading large complex projects from beginning to end
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with distributed teams is a plus
