About the Role

We handle project scheduling and customer coordination, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise your installation crew
Complete assigned LVP flooring projects on time and to company standards
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, including floating, click-lock, and glue-down applications
Prepare subfloors and address minor floor preparation requirements as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

Proven experience installing Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring
Ability to successfully pass a background check
Valid Workers’ Compensation Insurance
Valid General Liability Insurance
Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
Own professional flooring installation tools and equipment
Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
