About the Role

TwinCloud is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to join their AI-first software company focused on decarbonizing buildings for Germany's largest real estate firms. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with founders, shape core technical decisions, and contribute to a fast-growing deep-tech startup.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across the full stack: web frontend, backend, and Flutter mobile app.
• Drive the web stack forward, evaluating and potentially leading a move to React.
• Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure on Azure, Scaleway, and GPU compute.
• Run and scale GPU-based computation pipelines for video to 3D model conversion.
• Own the backend and application architecture using Supabase/Postgres.
• Improve deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and working students.
• Iterate rapidly on customer feedback and challenge existing workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack production software development experience (3-4 years considered).
• Hands-on coding background with proficiency in AI tools like Claude Code.
• Ability to understand code before modification and know when to rely on AI assistance.
• Solid web development skills in JS/TS, with experience or strong interest in React.
• Experience operating cloud infrastructure and compute-intensive workloads.
• Strong Postgres/backend experience; Supabase experience is a significant plus.
• High ownership and an independent work style, maintaining an architectural overview.
• Fluent English.
• Master's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
