About the Role
The Internal Communications Lead for EMEA will drive the EMEA Managing Director & Leadership team communications strategy and execution. This role is critical for clear and impactful employee communications across EMEA and will drive employee engagement through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Develops, drives, and evaluates employee communications strategies and programs to drive desired behavior.
- Understands the communications needs of various internal audiences and crafts impactful messages.
- Leads organizing internal events, meetings, and town halls to foster employee engagement.
- Leads tracking, measuring, and reporting of success factors.
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive executive-level information.
- Leads analysis of feedback from field employees and supports providing recommendations to improve communication channels.
- Participates in external communication efforts, including managing media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.
- Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment and managing projects independently.
- Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in employee communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience of delivering impactful communication strategies.
- Capable of managing executive communications and handling sensitive information.
