About the Role
GXO is expanding its team of Warehouse Operatives in the Greenford area, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive operation where teamwork, quality, and reliability are key. This is a permanent role with a flexible approach to working, offering various working patterns to suit individual lifestyles.
Responsibilities
- Picking, handling stock accurately and efficiently
- Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
- Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
- Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties
Requirements
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
- Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
- Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
Skills
- Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential

- £12.71 per hour
- Unsociable hours premium of £2.10 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00
