About the Role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of vendor-funded marketing, including claiming, reconciliation, and ensuring timely payments. It offers a development pathway into a junior channel marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end claiming across multiple vendor funding programs.
• Maintain a program-by-program process library documenting vendor claim requirements.
• Own the end-to-end supplier onboarding process through procurement.
• Reconcile MDF clearing in SAP against the Power BI marketing tracker.
• Maintain the master funding and claims database.
• Collect and quality-check proof of execution against vendor evidence standards.

Requirements

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in a coordinator, administrator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in a technology, distribution, or B2B environment.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
