About the Role
We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Service Advisor for our branch in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the technical, procedural and customer service skills of the Service Technicians.
- Support the Service Manager in managing projects with customers, to include service needs on their Kaeser equipment.
- Complete field supervision and support of the Service Technicians on projects.
Requirements
- Minimum five years experience in air compressor service.
- Expert verbal and written English proficiency.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.
