About the Role
As an IT Administrator based in our Berlin office, you will be responsible for system administration, automation, process & AI, and project management. You will provide Tier 1-3 support, act as an internal IT consultant, and optimize existing processes while working on cross-functional projects to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 level support.
- Act as an internal IT consultant for employees.
- Set up new software and resolve technical issues.
- Onboard new employees with IT setup and training.
- Manage IT partnerships, including contract negotiation and payment model monitoring.
- Automate processes.
- Ensure hybrid work environment security and protection from cyber-attacks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT administrator or in a similar role.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage workload and set priorities.
- Proficiency in dealing with data, numbers, and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Ability to communicate in English and German (at least B1).
