About the Role

Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner while delivering and returning guest vehicles. Assists guests upon entering and exiting their vehicles and responds to specific guest needs and requests.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow associates.
• Delivers and retrieves guest vehicles to and from the casino front entrance and valet parking lot.
• Assists guests upon entering and exiting their vehicles.
• Locks cars and gives keys to dispatcher.
• Adheres to all departmental safety standards and procedures.
• Dispatches as scheduled.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driver abstract.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain a St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Work Permit license, which requires a criminal background check.
• Must submit to and pass a drug test for illegal substances prior to employment confirmation.

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
