About the Role

ESM is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer in Dubai, UAE, to visually represent the company and its brands professionally across digital and print platforms. The role requires a strong eye for design, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create artwork for flyers, posters, brochures, banners, presentations, newsletters, emailers, social media, and websites.
• Develop visuals from concept to execution based on briefs.
• Deliver high-quality designs while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Prepare designs for print and digital deployment.
• Liaise with print vendors for costing, production, and quality checks, if required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and After Effects is an advantage.
• Excellent visual, layout, and typography skills.
• Strong time management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of print production and attention to detail.
• Photography and illustration skills are a plus.
• Excellent visual design and creative execution skills.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to present design options and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and up-to-date knowledge of design trends and tools.
