Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and care.
- Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments.
- Educate customers on self-service tools including mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking, empowering them to manage their finances with ease.
- Identify service needs and refer customers to Sales & Service Associates or Relationship Bankers for complex solutions.
- Assist with operational duties including vault balancing, ATM servicing, night drop, and ensuring branch readiness.
- Answer incoming calls and greet walk-ins professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to all regulatory, security, and audit standards.
- Participate in branch meetings and maintain working knowledge of current promotions and bank services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating digital platforms and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn, puts customers first and enjoys creating positive experiences.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift between 1-10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to travel between office locations as needed.
- Extensive computer and phone usage.
