About the Role

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and care.
• Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments.
• Educate customers on self-service tools including mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking, empowering them to manage their finances with ease.
• Identify service needs and refer customers to Sales & Service Associates or Relationship Bankers for complex solutions.
• Assist with operational duties including vault balancing, ATM servicing, night drop, and ensuring branch readiness.
• Answer incoming calls and greet walk-ins professionally and efficiently.
• Adhere to all regulatory, security, and audit standards.
• Participate in branch meetings and maintain working knowledge of current promotions and bank services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating digital platforms and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn, puts customers first and enjoys creating positive experiences.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift between 1-10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to travel between office locations as needed.
• Extensive computer and phone usage.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions.
