About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on exciting projects in e-commerce, digitalization, and digital transformation for renowned companies in the retail and industrial sectors.
- Support market trend, customer behavior, and new technology analyses.
- Develop and implement solutions for digital business models, processes, and customer journeys.
- Prepare presentations and workshops for clients.
- Gain insights into strategy, data analysis, agile working, and change management.
- Be integrated into an experienced team that fosters your growth.
- Benefit from personal development through regular feedback, mentoring, training, and a buddy program.
Requirements
- Previous experience in consulting, digital commerce, corporate digital areas, startups, or relevant internships/projects.
- Enthusiasm for digitalization, e-commerce, and innovation projects.
- Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and a desire for teamwork.
- Proficiency with common tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel) and eagerness to learn new ones.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Proactive attitude and the drive to initiate change with clients and colleagues.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Hamburg or Berlin.
