About the Role
Lead software and solution development projects from inception to rollout for eMobility charging services, oversee ongoing operational delivery, and serve as the primary client and partner contact, driving operational excellence and supporting business development. This role is a 2-year contract.
Responsibilities
- Product and project management of client projects in the automotive and eMobility sector globally.
- Define features and roadmaps based on data-driven knowledge.
- Take over full ownership for sub-projects and manage work streams independently.
- Plan, track, and report milestones and KPIs, ensuring timely delivery by worldwide project teams.
- Align and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Pursue the team's common goal of creating an unforgettable experience with enthusiasm and commitment.
- Adopt an entrepreneurial and flexible approach to task management.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in project management and/or business development with a proven track record of managing complex software projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to coordinate successfully across business and technical teams.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Passion for teamwork.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Openness to working with international colleagues, diverse cultures, and new technologies.
- Fluent in English.
