About the Role
Our team supports clients in making strategic decisions regarding AI & Data, from defining AI & Data strategy to implementing large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and introducing smart "Age of With" solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize GenAI and Agentic AI systems.
- Support clients in building scalable, productive solutions.
- Identify potential of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to create real business value with technical expertise and a focus on business benefits.
- Design and implement LLM-based applications and multi-agent systems in productive environments.
- Take ownership, plan, and structure the approach for implementing GenAI and Agentic AI solutions with your team.
- Independently drive own topics and develop business-relevant GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Prepare complex content understandably in presentations and workshops.
- Design new offerings for our clients.
- Take over the management of sub-projects and the leadership of project teams with increasing experience.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience with a focus on conception, introduction, and development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, preferably in consulting with a focus on user-centered and innovative solutions (Product Thinking Mindset).
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics with a focus on Computer Science, or comparable degree programs.
- Practical experience with Python (e.g., frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) as well as SQL.
- Ideally, knowledge of working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks).
- Ideally, good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and AIOps/MLOps for the operational implementation of GenAI applications.
- Willingness to travel.
- German (C1) and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
