About the Role

As part of a rapidly growing team of consultants, you will support clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, university clinics, laboratories, and IT service providers. You will guide projects from strategy to implementation, focusing on modern technologies like AI agents, cloud and data utilization strategies, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in the healthcare sector from strategy to implementation.
  • Focus on the use of modern technologies including AI agents, cloud and data utilization strategies, and organizational development.
  • Engage in exciting projects related to digital transformation, AI-supported processes, change management, and innovative care models.
  • Address business and health economic issues using state-of-the-art software tools.
  • Take on responsibility within the team from day one and interact directly with clients.
  • Contribute to PwC's leading role in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Medicine (or Medical Informatics), Business Informatics, Health Management, Economics, Data Science, or a comparable field with above-average results.
  • Ideally, experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., hospitals, laboratories, clinic service providers, public health sector).
  • Practical insights into consulting, IT projects, or the public sector.
  • Willingness to take on responsibility in project contexts.
  • Ideally, knowledge of AI solutions, data-driven strategies (Data Governance, Analytics, Automation), and cloud platforms.
  • Proactive, innovation-driven, solution-oriented, and a team player.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required for the consulting environment.
