About the Role
As Amplar Health continues to grow its Support at Home services, we are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Provider Coordinator to manage and support Amplar Health's provider network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, operational coordination, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Amplar Health's provider network across a range of clinical and non-clinical services.
- Build strong relationships with providers.
- Support onboarding and contracting activities.
- Monitor and remediate performance and compliance.
- Ensure the network delivers high-quality, cost-effective services to customers.
Requirements
- Experience in aged care, provider management, or a similar environment.
- Experience building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with contracts, compliance, governance or service delivery coordination.
- Solutions-focused with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
- Strong administration, IT, and CRM system skills.
- Motivated by making a positive impact and contributing to Amplar Health's vision.
