About the Role

Pavyllon London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a Michelin starred restaurant, working alongside some of the industry's most talented hospitality professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to begin or further develop your career within one of London's leading luxury dining destinations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant before service
• Support the team by delivering food, beverages, and guest requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and restaurant areas throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention to detail
• Work closely with both kitchen and front of house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, wines, and beverages
• Support the delivery of Four Seasons and Pavyllon service standards at all times
• Contribute positively to a professional and collaborative team culture

Requirements

• Previous experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential
• Right to Work in the UK

• Ability to perform in a fast paced service environment

Salary/Compensations

• £35,000 total compensation inclusive of salary and Food and Beverage service charge
