About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate all MEP systems on site, including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations.
- Recommend improvements and provide concise technical reports.
- Complete eLogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks within SLA requirements.
- Ensure Specialist Vendor service visits are completed efficiently.
- Inspect work quality and communicate recommendations to the JLL Supervisor.
- Take ownership of sites, including all plant rooms under JLL control.
- Maintain sites to required show site standards.
- Participate in Health and Safety compliance activities.
- Complete Hazard/Near Miss Reporting.
- Attend and complete scheduled Toolbox Talks.
- Liaise with the supply chain for M&E components for remedial/corrective works.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Building Services Environments.
- Electrical Engineering apprenticeship/ NVQ/ C&G or similar qualification.
- C&G Parts 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
- 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (or ability to attain through training if holding 17th Edition).
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deal with all levels of staff.
- Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and clear-thinking.
- Ability to deliver required services within given time constraints.
