About the Role
Join Thornbury Community Services as a Healthcare Assistant in Complex Care, providing essential support to individuals with complex health needs in their own homes. This role focuses on enabling clients to maintain independence and enjoy life while receiving person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing night support to an adult female within her own home.
- Support with medication administration.
- Support with enteral feeding.
- Support with moving & handling.
- Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night.
- Build trust with individuals and their families.
- Create safe environments.
- Empower people to take trips, reconnect with hobbies, and thrive in their community.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of experience in UK care.
- Compassionate and resilient, with a genuine passion for person-centered care.

- Nights: £19.15 per hour (including holiday pay)
