About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit — including getting hands-on on the line when it counts, delivering our food at the highest quality in the shortest possible time.

Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading medium to large frontline team/s.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
- Previous success in meeting KPI's
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Background checks including Police Checks and employment verification may be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
