About the Role

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Banking and Risk Management domain expertise and hands-on experience supporting the QRM platform. The BSA will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, risk management teams, and technology teams to deliver risk management solutions and platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, risk management teams, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Work closely with QRM platform users and technical teams to support risk management initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities within risk management workflows.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance activities related to the QRM platform.
• Perform impact assessments, gap analysis, and data analysis for system enhancements.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, defect triage, and post-production support activities.
• Manage project requirements and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate with development, QA, PMO, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support regulatory compliance, audit, and risk reporting initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience working in Banking or Financial Services organizations.
• Hands-on experience supporting the QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) platform.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management processes and controls.
• Proven experience in Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Business Process Analysis, and Functional Requirement Documentation.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
