About the Role

Push Gaming is seeking a Senior Game Mathematician to create and analyze mathematical models for casino games, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality games.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end mathematical design process for high-complexity titles, ensuring models deliver optimal player experience and meet commercial goals.
• Drive the conceptualisation and development of novel slot mechanics, collaborating with Product Owners and Game Designers.
• Develop, maintain, and utilise sophisticated Monte Carlo simulation tools to test, validate, and optimise game models.
• Create comprehensive, auditable mathematical documentation and technical specifications for all game models.
• Manage a small team of junior mathematicians, guiding their development.
• Partner with Developers, QA, Artists, and Product Owners to ensure flawless integration of the mathematical model.
• Conduct quantitative analysis of competitor games and market trends to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.

Requirements

• Solid experience in slot game mathematics
• Good knowledge of Combinatorics, Probability Theory and Quantitative Analysis
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of programming
• University Degree in Mathematics or other numerate discipline such as Statistics, Physics or Engineering.
