About the Role
This is a broad, hands-on role where you will build pipeline, manage the CRM, screen inquiries, plan events, and support the Marketing Lead with content and website administration. You will learn how a modern B2B go-to-market operation works from the inside, with plenty of room to grow as the team scales.
Responsibilities
- Research and source target accounts and contacts across priority segments, building a qualified pipeline.
- Own day-to-day management of the CRM (HubSpot), keeping records, pipeline stages and reporting accurate and up to date.
- Provide initial screening and qualification of incoming leads.
- Research relevant industry events and assist in planning company events.
- Assist with reporting and analytics across the funnel and pipeline.
- Support the Marketing Lead with content creation and website administration.
Requirements
- Around 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing or commercial support role.
- Graduates with exceptional or related work experience may also be considered.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM), and the discipline to keep data clean and accurate.
- Strong research skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- An excellent work ethic and genuine eagerness to learn, take on responsibility and grow with the team.
- Clear, confident written communication.
- A real interest in nature, biodiversity, sustainability or the built and natural environment.
- Domain exposure in design, landscape, ecology or the built environment.
- Experience with account-based marketing, lead generation or sales development.
- Familiarity with events coordination, or with analytics and reporting tools.
