  • Lead the product implementation lifecycle for integration with new global and domestic payment schemes.
  • Deeply understand the technical and operational requirements of schemes like SEPA, FPS, BACS, FedNow, UPI, PIX, and translate them into product features and integration specifications.
  • Ensure that Virtual Account and payment rail products meet all necessary compliance, regulatory, and reconciliation standards.

  • Serve as the primary product expert, working closely with Network, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to define scalable, modular, and robust technical solutions.
  • Support Business Development and Sales teams with product collateral, training, and deep technical expertise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in a FinTech or Financial Services environment, focused on payments, banking, or core infrastructure products.
  • Mandatory deep hands-on experience with Bank payment rails and integrating with/participating in national payment schemes (e.g., SEPA, FPS, ACH, Direct Debit, Real-Time Payment schemes globally).
  • Proven experience in building or managing Virtual Account (VA) or digital IBAN/Account Identifier capabilities for corporate or institutional clients.
