Responsibilities

You optimize products and prices in the calculation and execution phases of our projects.
You obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors, including the preparation of price comparisons and subcontractor service specifications.
You create a tender schedule in cooperation with project management.
You act as a contact person and provide technical advice on purchasing-related topics for planning, calculation, and project management before and during the execution phase.
You prepare and optimize tender documents as well as the compilation of contractual documents.
You conduct bidder discussions together with project management.
You independently develop, prepare, and conduct sample selections with project participants.

Requirements

You have a construction-related training or a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer or architect.
You have professional experience in tendering subcontractor services (phases 6-7) in turnkey interior finishing.
You are proficient in applying VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen) and have knowledge of BGB (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch) construction contract law.
You have experience with AVA (Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Abrechnung) software, ideally iTWO.
You are characterized by strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
You think entrepreneurially and work in a structured and independent manner.
You work in a team-oriented manner and are willing to grow together in a strong team.
