About the Role
Dive is building a cloud-native, agent-native simulation platform to make advanced heat and fluid simulation accessible to mechanical engineers. As Product Manager, you will own the product direction for our web platform, identifying key problems, shaping workflows and user experience, and driving releases with the Web team. You will work closely with the CTPO and engineering leads, with product decisions ultimately being yours.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives for the Dive platform, from discovery through release, with the web team as the main engineering counterpart.
- Enhance the postprocessor for detailed, agent-friendly analysis.
- Advance fluid and solid raytracing for high-quality videos and deeper fluid insights.
- Further integrate MPX solver technology into the web stack, maintaining a unified multiphysics, cloud-native platform.
- Build a deep understanding of customer workflows by regularly speaking with simulation engineers, R&D leads, customer success, and sales.
- Translate customer needs and technical constraints into priorities, product decisions, PRDs, acceptance criteria, and clear workflow concepts.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interaction sketches to communicate intent.
- Drive product readiness for releases by collaborating with engineering, communicating updates, validating quality, enabling internal teams, and measuring adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, CFD, applied physics, or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), software engineering (ideally on a technical or engineering product), or product management on a technical product.
- Design-minded with the ability to produce wireframes and mockups that communicate intent clearly.
