About the Role

The Senior TPRM Governance & Awareness Consultant is responsible for managing the governance and oversight of Adobe’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This role helps advance program maturity, support regulatory alignment, and strengthen third-party risk practices across the enterprise in partnership with risk domain leads and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage TPRM leadership and governance committees, including preparing materials and developing focused agendas.
  • Establish program metrics, service-level agreements, and key performance and risk indicators.
  • Develop board and senior management materials communicating TPRM objectives, priorities, and progress.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Adobe’s TPRM governance framework.
  • Maintain TPRM policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of TPRM policies and risk requirements.
  • Collaborate to design and deliver training and awareness materials.
  • Support the management and oversight of third-party risk management control requirements and framework.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve, standardize, and streamline third-party risk management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in third-party risk management, governance, compliance, or related oversight roles.
  • Strong understanding of third-party lifecycle management and applicable regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST RMF, ISO 27001) and third-party risk management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage effectively with senior leaders.
