About the Role
We are looking for someone who understands, designs, and takes responsibility for systems, making architectural decisions, ensuring quality, and creating long-term viable products. We develop applications that do not need to be rebuilt after a few months, focusing on clean architecture, clear data models, and sustainable solutions, with AI as an integral part of modern products.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the system as a whole, not just individual features.
- Architect and develop backend systems using Laravel and PHP 8.2+.
- Develop scalable and maintainable systems.
- Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Implement RAG workflows and meaningful AI approaches.
- Make technical decisions and ensure consistent system growth.
Requirements
- Profound experience in the development and architecture of software systems.
- Deep understanding of data models and scalable applications.
- Recognize problems, think them through structurally, and independently implement solutions.
