Working across a complex global environment, you will collaborate with enterprise architects, SAP specialists, cybersecurity teams, delivery partners and business stakeholders to influence technology decisions and shape secure, scalable solutions. This role is suited to an experienced security architecture professional who is comfortable operating within large-scale enterprise environments, influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions and driving secure-by-design principles across complex technology programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the security architecture governance of Haleon's global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
  • Defining and promoting security-by-design principles across ERP, cloud and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Reviewing solution designs to identify security, compliance and operational risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining security architecture standards, patterns and design principles aligned to Haleon's Cyber Risk & Compliance framework.
  • Shaping Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategies across SAP and integrated platforms.
  • Supporting the development of role-based access models, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and access governance processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge working within Security Architecture, Cybersecurity Architecture or Enterprise Security roles.
  • The ability to support large-scale ERP, SAP or enterprise technology transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of security architecture principles, governance frameworks and secure-by-design methodologies.
  • Assess complex technology solutions and identifying security, compliance and operational risks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and guide technical and business decision-making.
  • SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
  • Worked with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle.
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST
  • Working Knowledge of Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities or similarly complex regulated industries.
