About the Role

We are looking for an Lunch cover to join our wonderful team at Bright Horizons Barnes in our under 2's room. You will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5, having adventures through interactive play, activities, reading, and encouraging their curious minds – supporting colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5.
  • Have adventures with children through interactive play, activities, and reading.
  • Encourage children's curious minds.
  • Support colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents.
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.

Salary/Compensations

  • £14.15 per hour
  • £29,432.00 per annum
