About the Role

The Marketing Orchestration Specialist will manage the orchestration, deployment, and amplification of Fragrance & Beauty Marketing Campaigns in Japan, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. This role strengthens cross-functional collaboration, encourages knowledge sharing, improves marketing operational excellence, and enables data-driven decision-making, acting as a key interface with Global Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the orchestration, deployment, and amplification of Fragrance & Beauty Marketing Campaigns in Japan.
  • Ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing across stakeholders.
  • Improve marketing operational excellence.
  • Enable data-driven decision making.
  • Act as a key interface of Global Marketing Operations.
  • Orchestrate campaigns and brand animation across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build 360° activation plans and coordinate across touchpoints.
  • Support the development and enhancement of gifting moments, including wrapping materials management, from offer strategies to digital orchestration and Point of Sales.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of brand animation strategies (KEM, Event orchestration).
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and Global Marketing Operations teams to support operational excellence.
  • Contribute to improving processes, ways of working, and implement new tools.
  • Conduct quarterly analysis of market trends, competitor initiatives, and best practices.
  • Support campaign performance consolidation: KPI definition, performance tracking frameworks, brand animation impact, and client engagement.
  • Provide and consolidate insights to feed campaign strategies.
  • Support business recommendations to Global stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of brand image in the local Market/Region.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, project management, or orchestration-related roles, ideally in the Luxury or Beauty Industry.
  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude to contribute to an inclusive culture and work in a diverse group.
  • Outstanding communication ability, to work in both local and international environments (collaboration with HQ).
  • Fluent in Japanese and English is required.
  • French is a plus.
