About the Role
Safeguard a prominent facility in London by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and professional environment, and maintaining a high level of security. This role requires a robust background in the security sector, proficiency in IT systems, and excellent multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact and information centre for staff and visitors.
- Provide clear and concise information in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Respond to emergencies.
- Deal with conflict appropriately if required.
- Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management.
- Carry out ID checks.
- Be vigilant to Health and Safety risks.
- Work on own initiative.
- Ensure the reception area, foyer, staff area, and board room are kept clean by supervising cleaning staff members.
- Carry out ID checks.
- Respond to emergencies.
- Provide information to all staff and visitors as and when necessary.
Requirements
- Valid SIA licence.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a Security Officer (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

- Experience within Corporate Security (minimum 1 year).

- 5-year checkable work history.
- IT literate - Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
- Previous security experience.
