About the Role

You will own the operations for The Bridge in London, managing the full talent cycle for two annual cohorts from application to arrival in San Francisco. This is a build role where you will shape the processes and tooling for a young, fast-growing product.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and scale the processes for the talent cycle from application to arrival in SF.
• Ship tooling for the team, including automations, dashboards, and a clean tech stack.
• Improve existing processes and maintain them as the company grows.
• Develop and execute new events to source and convert founders.
• Recruit the next cohort and manage the funnel end-to-end.
• Build new partnerships within the ecosystem.

Requirements

• High agency and a jack-of-all-trades mentality; you identify and execute necessary tasks without needing explicit direction.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set your own pace and direction.
• Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and understanding of founder mindset.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with both process and people management.
• Problem-solver who can think on their feet.
• Comfort with automation and AI coworking tools is a strong plus.
