About the Role

As an Operations Floor Lead, you will play a pivotal role in keeping the store running seamlessly behind the scenes while leading from the front when needed. You will drive operational standards, support stock flow, ensure compliance, maintain an organised back-of-house environment, and help the wider team deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a trusted keyholder, you will confidently take ownership of day-to-day operations and step up as the on-duty leader when required.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operational activities to ensure the store runs efficiently and safely.
Take ownership of stock flow, deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation.
Act as a keyholder, supporting store opening and closing procedures and ensuring compliance with cash, safety, and security processes.
Coordinate daily priorities, communicate plans effectively, and help teams stay focused on what matters most.
Coach and support colleagues through on-the-job guidance, feedback, and development moments.
Maintain exceptional operational standards across stock accuracy, store presentation, health & safety, and housekeeping.
Collaborate with the wider store team to ensure customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
Manage competing priorities during busy trading periods while remaining calm, organised, and solution-focused.
Support operational projects, floor moves, seasonal launches, and process improvements.
Act as the go-to person for resolving day-to-day operational challenges quickly and effectively.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or leadership role within retail, operations, logistics, or a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience handling stock processes, deliveries, inventory management, or operational workflows.
Confidence leading and motivating others through positive coaching and communication.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for high standards and operational excellence.
The ability to make sound decisions and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Previous keyholder experience is desirable.

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations

$20.30 - $23.00
