About the Role
Act as a company ambassador, supporting the Lettings business within the Tenancy and Property Management Teams. Your role is crucial in providing excellent service to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and the Lettings portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all properties are legal, safe, and ready for occupation in collaboration with the Property Management team.
- Deliver a five-star service to landlords and tenants throughout the property lifecycle.
- Conduct pre-tenancy inspections.
- Perform administrative tasks, maintaining up-to-date records and logs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants to foster business retention and growth.
- Verify completion of works and provide timely updates to all parties.
- Assist with end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit returns.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Promote the refurbishment team to enhance portfolio quality.
- Stay current with relevant legislation.
- Attend regular morning meetings with Lettings teams to ensure effective inter-team communication.
