About the Role

The Bristol Berlin is launching a new brasserie, part of the Vignette Collection by IHG. This new establishment aims to blend classic brasserie cuisine, quality products, and attentive service into a cohesive experience. We are seeking a passionate Chef de Rang to lead their own service area and contribute to the brasserie's initial development.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of your own section and ensure smooth operations.
Act as a host, going beyond order-taking.
