About the Role

Join our engineering team to contribute to production systems serving enterprises and HR professionals worldwide. This role is structured to accelerate your growth on a modern, polyglot technology stack, with increasing autonomy as your skills develop.

Responsibilities

• Implement features across our platforms using our stack: Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, following specifications under team guidance.
• Fix bugs and maintain code in existing services, navigating a professional distributed codebase and applying code review feedback reliably.
• Write tests and document your work clearly to maintain quality, coverage, and team knowledge.
• Explore AI-assisted engineering, engaging with AI-augmented workflows like coding assistants, agent automation, and LLM integrations.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Requirements

• CS & SE fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system architecture, programming languages).
• Critical analysis and solution-oriented mindset.
• Exposure to Node.js, Rails, Java/.NET, or React.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted programming tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor).
• Understanding of AI-powered application development (agents, LLM integrations).
• Basic Git / version control knowledge.
• Fluent French (spoken).
• Good English (spoken & written).
