About the Role
As a Business Home Lending Manager, you will work alongside Relationship Managers to help business customers access tailored home loan solutions that support their personal and financial goals. You will be a trusted lending expert, working directly with customers, bankers, brokers and key stakeholders to deliver a simple and seamless experience. This role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping customers achieve their property ambitions.

Requirements
- Experience in a customer facing home lending role
- A passion for building relationships and creating positive customer experiences
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence navigating lending conversations with business customers
- The ability to manage detail, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
