About the Role

We are seeking a talented Operations Manager to join EGYM Wellpass and revolutionize employee access to sports and wellness activities. You will join the Operations team, focused on designing a global and efficient operational platform while delivering the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract creation, drafting, and review, validating exceptions.
• Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding, including API, aggregators, and manual processes.
• Manage project execution for the Operations Partners roadmap, automating processes, and migrating internal tools.
• Optimize operational workflows, document processes, and analyze KPI reporting.
• Translate Supply needs into Jira tickets for BI/BA and communicate field issues to inform the Product roadmap.

Requirements

• Business School diploma with a specialization in Finance and/or Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships and synergy between Supply and Operations teams.
• Capacity to engage regularly with B2B partners and serve as their primary contact.
• Ability to define business needs and formalize them into clear Jira tickets.
• Methodical approach to testing functionalities before deployment.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication.
• Rigorous, proactive, goal-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork skills.
