About the Role

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the international marketing orientation of Caeli Wind (currently Germany & UK) and make marketing a measurable growth driver. You will build a powerful team that specifically addresses landowners, municipalities, and agricultural partners, and wins and retains project developers as customers.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for Caeli Wind's entire marketing strategy (B2B, campaigns, brand) and continuously develop it.
• You manage an integrated campaign mix of online and offline channels (including events, direct marketing, social media, SEO/SEA).
• You develop target group-specific communication for municipalities, machine rings, agriculture, and state forest enterprises.
• You lead and develop your marketing team (approx. 4 direct reports) and design the setup to be effective and capable of action.
• You ensure close alignment between marketing and sales, with a clear focus on revenue generation and business impact.
• You manage agencies, service providers, and budget with a view to ROI and the necessary flexibility.
• You represent Caeli Wind at industry events and expand your network in the renewable energy industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrable experience in holistic campaign management (online + offline).
• Experience in independently managing budgets and external service providers/agencies.
• You work hands-on, take end-to-end responsibility, and think from the perspective of business impact.
• Fluent in German and English.
